How long does shipping usually take?

Our orders are fulfilled by Amazon. 

Standard shipping takes 4 business days, and expedited shipping takes 2 business days. Please keep in mind these are estimates, and actual shipping times may vary.

 

My order is late or never arrived. Now what?

If you purchased from our website, first check your confirmation email for the tracking number. If you can’t track your order or it seems like it has gone missing, contact us and we’ll see what we can do to help.

If you purchased our game through Amazon, please contact their Help Center.

If you bought the product from another retailer, please visit their website for information on how to return or exchange the item.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada, the US, and the UK. More locations coming soon!

 

Why don’t you ship to my country?

We can try! If you’d like us to get an estimate for the shipping cost feel free to contact us. Additional taxes and duties may apply.

 

Can you fast track my order?

Expedited 2-day shipping is available during checkout. If you selected standard shipping, contact us and we will do our best to assist you with your order.

What’s your return policy?

If you have an unopened item you bought within the last 30 days and want to return it, we’d be happy to help. We accept returns from Canada, United States, and United Kingdom.

To make a return, contact us. We’ll send you a return label and return authorization slip. Stick the return label on the return package and include the slip inside the box. Once the order is received, we’ll issue a refund if the items are in a re-saleable condition.

Please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

How long do refunds usually take?

It can take 3 to 5 business days from the time the return is received for the transaction to appear on your debit or credit card.

 

What’s the Exchange Policy?

We don’t have any other products you could exchange the game for at the moment.

 

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders within 24 hours via the purchase confirmation email. 

After 24 hours, your order has likely shipped, but you can always contact us and we’ll try our best to help you out.

If you’re having trouble canceling an order, message us and we’ll be happy to assist.

If your order has already been shipped, a cancellation will no longer be possible and you’ll have to consider a return.

My order arrived busted up/missing something!

We’re sorry your game was delivered damaged or is missing pieces. Not to worry, we’ll make things right. If you purchased directly from our website, reach out to us with your order number, and we will sort it out ASAP.

What are these taxes on my order?

We’re required by law to collect certain taxes depending on where you make your purchase from:  

  • Canada – 13% (Ontario’s HST rate)
  • USA – 8% (the average sales + local tax for the 5 largest US markets)
  • United Kingdom – 20% (the required VAT rate)

Please note, exact rates may vary. Our payment processing system will apply the rate that best matches where your order is places from. 

We also often run promotions that cover part of your shipping and taxes, so rates may vary. Contact  Us if you have questions.

Are you going to release more cards in the future?
For sure! We plan to release new expansions as we can. We already have one in the works. Sign up here and we’ll let you know when it’s on the way!

About two minutes. We designed the game to make it as fast and easy to learn as possible. We want people to play it at parties after all.

Sure. Why not? You can give it your best shot here. If we use your idea, we’ll let you know and give you credit. We’re working on what that means exactly so TBD!

What are these taxes on my order? We’re based in Canada, so we have to collect both provincial and federal taxes (HST) on all goods sold. It sucks, but it is what it is. Will I need to pay VAT or for customs? You shouldn’t! There’s no VAT (Value Added Tax) on board game purchases in the United States or Canada and unless you’ve made a huge order, there shouldn’t be any duties or fees applied at customs.
